Who We Service
Adults (Ages 18–59)
Serving individuals living with disabilities, chronic conditions, or who qualify under Medicaid Waiver and Structured Family Caregiving programs.
Seniors (Ages 60+)
- Providing compassionate, reliable care for aging adults under the PathWays Waiver and traditional Medicaid.
Family Caregivers & Loved Ones
We help family members become certified caregivers with paid support through Indiana’s structured caregiving programs.
